Just started following, and I am already in love with it. There was a question submitted today “hi well .. my weight is 210 i’m ashamed and my body keeps me from wearing all the things i wanna wear because it isn’t made for a body like the one i have i’m scared to post body pics in my FB in fear that the people i have will mock me … I’ve tried countless of diets but non work , I’m only 17 about to be 18 in two months. I’m not a shy person but i am just so scared everybody will point and laugh at me .. what do i do to make this fear stop?” and I’m not exactly sure if I can reply to it(kinda, sorta new to this tumblr thing) But, that girl needs to know that she is beautiful, and I have never seen her. I am 6 foot and 263 lbs, and I posted a picture of myself in a sports bra. And now, I feel like weight has been lifted off my shoulders. When I posted mine on Facebook, the people I thought were going to laugh or make fun of me didn’t, well, because they didn’t have the balls too. You will feel more confident about yourself, cause now you have nothing to hide. Yeah, maybe you think now you don’t have respect for yourself, but put that on the back burner and just look at all the awesome comments and likes you get. Just stop eating junk food and fast food, and start working out! There is this app called shape up! It’s so good and I can really recommend it! It helps you lose weight!
I honestly don’t think that anybody would tease you, but on the other hand, I don’t know them.
My advice to you is to not do anything you’re not comfortable with. If you want to overcome your fear, then stop caring. Stop caring about what other people think. If you like your picture of if you think you look good in an outfit, don’t let anything tell you otherwise! I don’t think anybody would laugh at you, if they haven’t already :) if you love something, then don’t let anything come in your way.
That’s really weird! Well I usually just do cardio, like running when I want to lose weight! So just keeping eating healthy and do cardio, can’t really give you any other advice!

We have all been there! We have all felt like we didn’t deserve anything, that we’re ugly and so on. But don’t listen to yourself, ‘cause everyone deserves nice things, everyone is beautiful, don’t let anything tell you other wise :) Have a nice day babe xx

Well my weight is normal now and I love my body more than I did before. Did I work out? Yeah, but it was more because of my diet I lost weight. But I think I’m going to work out more from now on!
How can I answer privately? You’re anonymous. But don’t starve yourself, it’s bad for your body! If you want to lose weight, you need to work out and not be lazy, there is no other way :)
