But when I was at 120 I went 2 weeks without weighing myself and did a ton of running and eating extra good to loose my last bit. But I gained 7 pounds!!!!!! I'm a recovering bulimic so I can't go down that road again. So any tips???
That’s really weird! Well I usually just do cardio, like running when I want to lose weight! So just keeping eating healthy and do cardio, can’t really give you any other advice!
